About the Role:
Join Midas MUELLER as a General Service Technician and become an integral part of our dedicated team in Wheeling, IL. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles while providing top-notch service to our valued customers.


Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles, including oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Diagnose and repair automotive issues, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Assist in the installation of new parts and accessories as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about their vehicle's needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and deadlines.
  • Document all services performed and maintain accurate records for each vehicle.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in automotive service or repair.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
